The horoscopes and all that hoo-hah....

Having spent my lifetime as a Pisces, convinced I am actually two separate people swimming in opposite directions, doomed to be battling the other's current in an ever churning sea, it was quite the pleasure to have this revelation on a Sunday afternoon walk...

"Isn't it funny, if you think about it.... how the Pisces fish... if they were black and white, and just blobbed on a piece of paper rather simple like, would look more like Yin and Yang?" "More like Peace?"

"Yin and Yang are dependent opposites always in balance. The opposites flow in a natural cycle always replacing the other. Just as the seasons cycle and create a time of heat and cold, Yin and Yang cycles through active and passive, dark and light, etc. Yin and Yang evolved from a belief of mutually dependant opposites that cannot live without the other. "

"So, what happens if you put two Pisces together in... say....
A Beta Bowl?"

LOL, I think it is only the boy betas that attack one another.
You know, they're such little fish...I wonder how they survive in the wild if they don't stay with their school... there is strength in numbers.
Pisces Unite! :)

Your post reminded me of my morning prayer. This is non religious and my own spiritual expression. When you say:

Yin and Yang are dependent opposites always in balance. The opposites flow in a natural cycle always replacing the other. Just as the seasons cycle and create a time of heat and cold, Yin and Yang cycles through active and passive, dark and light, etc. Yin and Yang evolved from a belief of mutually dependant opposites that cannot live without the other. "

I identify with my thankfulness and calling to the spirits of the four directions, Daylight and night, cold and warm, without each balancing each other, we could not exist.

It creates the sacred circle of life and relates all to each other and each other to everything.

Kind of a heavy thought for some, but it makes perfect sense to me, your yin and yang and my four directions. Just making conversation. It's a nice thought in the middle of the afternoon while waiting for the granola to bake.

By the way, I will humbly mention, if you'd like to read the prayer, let me know
Peace.

I shall send it, may I e-mail?

Your art mesmerizes me. It is so natural. Like we were back in the 70's. That's what life looked like. I like being taken back there. It is very sensual, yet not in an agressive sexual way. Just natural. That's how I remember twenty something. That's what we looked like. We protested then for an end to a war. We smoked pot and lounged around and practiced peace. Now, they use meth. I think the drug of a generation dictated the will of the people. Let's smoke pot again :-)

Peace

baron....awww thanks! (blushing) LOL

Spadoman....
Thank you. That's how I remember it to. I switched to beer many moons ago, but everything else remains the same. It's a world gone mad, everywhere, but in our souls.....
praying, always, for peace....
