Peace, Love and Happy Friday the 13th!

"Triskaidekaphobia is a fear of the number 13. It is usually considered to be a superstition. A specific fear of Friday the 13th is called paraskavedekatriaphobia or friggatriskaidekaphobia."

Kind of makes you miss the drive-ins and B rated horror movies...
Spooky little fun.

We're going dancin' instead.

I went on my first date when I was 13....
Curty boy was born on July 13th...
I weigh exactly 113 pounds...
There are 13 doors in my house...
The first house I owned ALL BY MYSELF was numbered 1330..

So jump back, spooky little day....
We're gonna have a blast!.

It is said: If 13 people sit down to dinner together, all will die within the year. The Turks so disliked the number 13 that it was practically expunged from their vocabulary (Brewer, 1894). Many cities do not have a 13th Street or a 13th Avenue. Many buildings don't have a 13th floor. If you have 13 letters in your name, you will have the devil's luck (Jack the Ripper, Charles Manson, Jeffrey Dahmer, Theodore Bundy and Albert De Salvo all have 13 letters in their names). There are 13 witches in a coven.

Sweet Sib,
LOL
ummm....13 windows in original house, too! The next 3 were courtesy of me!
My first house had 13 towering Oak Trees, all probably 100s of years old....
And you know, if a blind man can jump out of a perfectly running airplane on Friday the 13th, and free fall to the earth, and land safely on his feet....
it's all good!

Black Cat under the Ladder....
Those folks were just BAD boys, Don't know how much they would have changed their ways if their Mama's had named em anything different....
But thanks for the spook!

I recall finding a book on phobias at the local bookstore and thinking there are too many phobias! I'd like to know how exactly they come up with the names for these specific phobias.

He's clueless, bought it by the pound!

Yum! yum!
ps-the apple is not only covered in chocolate, but also caramel, nuts, m&m's, mini-marshmellows, raisins & lord only knows what other types of sinly treats!
