Fortune Tellers....

We went to Cassadaga. Held hands and tripped over broken sidewalks, stepping hugely over every crack, laughing....that "Oh my God, I'm gonna fall right outa this roller coaster" laugh. They saw us. Knew us.

Instinctively, for 50 bucks, they could predict the future. See it in a crystal ball.

And so we ran.....

Fifty bucks! Lol...that's a tank of gas, two weeks of groceries, a couple Friday nights out...of course, they took one look at you and could predict that & knew you'd run ;) teeheehee...still, love all the windchimes and beautiful crystals, not to mention the tranquility parks at cassadaga. The place is peaceful.

sideline to Maithri....so nice you can walk around your own head...I am usually bouncing off the ever-changing walls and running in circles ;) If someone were to walk through mine, perhaps they would tidy it up a bit ;)

Maithri...:) amen! Please don't tell me.....whatever it is, please don't tell me! LOL! We were convinced that they were looking right through us, ready to tattle tell all our secrets! Spooky little day!

Skinny...It is sooooo beautiful...And of course we just rambled the streets, listening to the music in the wind....Stopping here and there to do pencil rubbings from old markers and have nots....But, jsyk, he spooked easily, and that my dear, tickled me silly!

Ibeati....I have a feeling we're all in accordance with the Chaos in our noggins! LOL!

Ms Persichetti....Excuse me if I'm wrong....but I believe the infamous Skinny, Sing, Einna saying "Will work for beer" was born right there, barefooted toes on the concrete table, elbows on the colored deck chairs, telling painted stories! And wasn't it the three of us that could spend an entire sun soaked, beer drenched day on the deck with about ummmmmm....four bucks between us! LOL! To paper fortune tellers and the ever resourceful three of us!

Peace~love my friends

I've only visited a psychic once (prefering to do my own tarot cards, etc.) but she was very wise and knowledgeable and hit me with some hard truths. It was enjoyable. But $50 is a bit too much for one, lol.

karma...google Cassadaga! It's so wild! An entire city of psychics! They live there, tell there... in these quaint little Florida houses on little meandering streets. House after house after house...it's so weird. I haven't had my "future" told since I was in my early twenties.....and oddly, I still have the little wadded up piece of paper with my notes on it....And I can draw a line through every prediction....
true...
true...
true...
true...
Nah, I don't wanna know anymore than I already do now!

Peace~love little one

Singy-Seriously??? I am SO going to go visit Cassadaga. That is awesome! And a bit creepy, I guess....I don't want to know much of my future, I guess but some of it's okay to know. :)

I had the Creepy Cassadaga experience,,kept hearing so much about it, I had to see for myself.
No reading.
I'd already done that years before.

Kansas City.
Creepy "12th street and vine, with my Kansas City baby, and a bottle of Kansas City wine" location.
Strange persons, strange event,,,and many truths told.
Don't wanna do that again.
Ever.
Judging all spirits now,,,,
and whatever is coming, I'll just take it as it comes, kiss it up to God,,,and get on down the road.
Interesting post,,,hadn't thought of that place in many years.

karma...Did you google it? It is unbelievable! The entire town, every house, every store, the hotel, the giftshop, the postoffice....every resident...a psychc...It's like being in the city of eyes....like walking down sidewalks in see~through skin...Wild!

Babs...I know exactly what you mean. I still have my crumpled notes from juvenille readings "before" I knew better than to wanna know...and yeah, I married the man with the beard in the pick up truck....and "you;ll only marry once" he said....And I thought that meant happily ever after.....
He was right after all. I only did it once. Twenty years ago and for a very short time....
No I don't wanna know the future...I wanta live it...the butterfly effect. Peace love friend....I can't stop thinking about your get~a~way...your studio in the sky!
